What you need to know before bidding in our online auctions
- All lots are sold "as is". They are sold in the conditions they are in at the time of purchase. The buyer is responsible for obtaining sufficient information about the condition of a lot, beyond what is provided in the description and photos
- In order to bid, you need to confirm your identity with us and register a valid payment card. For bidders who register without using VIPPS Blomqvist may need to pause your registration until sufficient identification has been provided
- You will see the total price for a lot, including the buyer's premium before you confirm a bid in an online auction
- Bids are binding and cannot be withdrawn. If you win an auction, you are the buyer
- Purchased lots must be paid within 48 hours
- There is no right of withdrawal for purchases at our online auctions. A purchase cannot be canceled after the auction is complete
- Lots must be collected, or shipment must be ordered, within 14 days. If the lot is not collected after eight weeks, it may be sold to cover accrued storage fee
- You must be 18 years old to participate in an auction (20 for spirit lots)
