Insurance

The value of the insurance is set at the valuation price or the mid-figure if the valuation price is set as a bracket, with deduction corresponding to commissions and auction fees, as though it had been sold.

The insurance covers damage arising through fire, water ingress and break-in, as well as damage arising in transit, on loading, unloading, stacking etc. The costs of the agreed insurance are shown on the contract page, but at present the insurance is included in the commission. Beyond this, Blomqvist Online Auction does not accept any liability for loss and damage.
